That's right, in 2 weeks, the ultimate elvaan drg battle will take place: old school dragoon Lavitz vs. the up-and-coming Greyfox.
The event is currently scheduled for sometime Saturday, the 17th and other details, such as subjobs and item usage, are still pending. However, the battle is planned to begin the "Lavitz is quitting" period that will last until...I quit sometime in the summer...unless there are any changes.
In any case, who do you think will be victorious in this event? You can vote now in this thread, specially designed to make you guys post more.
Will play time and experience outshine the power of youth? Or will the next generation rise to surpass the last?

Edit: After the battle, Greyfox will recieve a special synth signed by Lavitz.
Results:
Round 1: Lavitz (DRG/WAR) vs. Grey (DRG/SAM) = Lavitz wins 4-1
Round 2: Lavitz (DRG/-) vs. Grey (DRG/-) = Lavitz wins 5-1 (or maybe 6-1, I forget)
After the battle Greyfox recieved a special spike necklace signed by Lavitz.
